Catching Up

It's been along time my Aussies. I crushed a nerve in my spine which bascially kept me from doing everything, well everything other then screaming. I am finally up and moving after surgery and hope to be running again soon. I played ultimate tonight, but took it pretty easy. Baby steps. Hope to hear from you all soon.
